Please note - to undertake a scuba diving course you are required to provide;
Doctor’s Certificate which declares you fit for diving (in accordance with Australian Medical Standards, A.S.4005-1).
2 Passport sized photos of yourself.
These are not included in the cost of the abovementioned courses.
